This is an example plan. Use it as a starting point for your own Goal Map.
Define one customer and one painful problem
Make the starting hypothesis specific enough to disprove with real conversations.
Run 15 problem interviews
Ask about current behavior, frequency, cost, and workaround rather than pitching the idea.
Write a one-page problem brief
Capture who feels the problem, when it appears, how they solve it today, and which assumptions survived.
Create the smallest useful offer
Solve the main problem manually before building more product than the evidence justifies.
Put the offer in front of five potential customers
Record objections, questions, urgency, and the words prospects use to describe the value.
Ask for a paid pilot or clear commitment
Treat payment or a specific operational commitment as the test, not enthusiasm.
Deliver the first pilot
Agree on one success measure before work starts and deliver the smallest version that can move it.
Collect customer feedback
Ask what changed, what did not, what was difficult, and what they would pay for again.
Decide what to keep, change, or stop
Use the pilot evidence before pursuing the next five customers.
